Initial Assessment Presentation
Step Two: Meet with your company to discuss potential solutions to move forward into a deep dive assessment to formulate needs, timelines, and costs.
Deep-Dive Results
Step Three: Present findings of the deep dive assessment. This will include a full-scale project plan to include scope, project schedule, and budget with tangible deliverables.
Project Implementation
Step Four: Implement the project based on the scope from deep-dive results. Evaluate deliverables back to the original scope and expectations. The warranty and maintenance periods will begin upon implementation.
